UPS (Continental U.S)
This option is used for all orders shipping to the continental U.S. The cost is determined at checkout by package weight and destination.
All orders over $200.00 and shipping via UPS Ground will ship free of charge (Insert code: free-ship in the coupon field of the checkout). UPS will not ship to P.O. Box addresses. For your convenience we offer the following shipping methods via UPS.
- UPS Ground (2-6 business days) *least expensive
- UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
- UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)
USPS Priority Mail (APO & P.O Box ONLY, 3-5 business days):
This method is available to all orders shipping to P.O. box and APO addresses. Cost: $8.95 for all orders under 6 lbs, $11.95 for all orders greater than 6 lbs.
* These prices are only an estimate and may be higher based on weight and destination.
USPS Priority Mail (HI & AK ONLY):
All orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged $0.00 at checkout. Once actual shipping charges are determined, you will be sent an email notifying you of the cost.
Charges are based on package weight and destination.
*Please note: We do not profit from shipping charges. In many cases we end up losing money.
All orders will ship the next business day. Once the product is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your shipment
from our warehouse to your doorstep!
All returned orders due to customer error will be charged a second delivery fee. All refused orders will be charged a $8.95 handling fee.
*Orders shipping to the state of Indiana will be charged 6% sales tax. All other orders are tax free.
Out of stock products:
Triton Nutrition ships directly from a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse, so most products are guaranteed to be in stock.
In the rare event that an item ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
At this point you will have the option of substituting another product,
waiting on the product to become available, or receiving credit for your order.

Easy Returns:
We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as the following conditions are met:
- Returns must be made within 30 days
- Product must be unopened with original seals unbroken
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items, unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item
- A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be clearly displayed on the outside of package
To obtain an RMA number, please contact sales@4intrepid.com with the reason for the
return. You will be issued a RMA number within 24 hours of the request and given clear instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Our site uses an ordering system for customers to request products. We collect visitor's contact information (like their name, address, phone number and email
address) and payment information (like their credit card numbers). Contact information from the ordering system is used to send orders and - if you do not
choose to decline being on our email mailing list - information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with
the visitor when necessary. Payment information that is collected is
used to bill the user for products and services.
